As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through the daily operations of site deliveries, in accordance with the Company's strategic plans, operating budgets, procedures, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Deliveries: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customer locations, maintaining good manual handling techniques while unloading materials from the truck.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, adhering to Knauf's complaint and customer procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels to satisfy customer requirements and market demand, including diligent checking and dispatching of goods.
  • Transportation Management: Assist in the management of transport resources to effectively maintain efficient service to customers.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks as required by management, including tasks related to customer service, inventory management, and transportation.
Requirements
  • MR License: Must hold a valid MR license (mandatory), with Heavy Rigid truck license (beneficial) and Forklift license (beneficial).
  • Chain of Responsibility: Have a good understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements and be competent in load restraint.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills and be able to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and customers.
  • Previous Experience: Have previous experience as a delivery truck driver in a busy environment and be physically capable of fulfilling the demands of lifting plasterboard product and accessories.
