About the Role

We seek a skilled Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team, responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition with precision and quality workmanship.

  • Inspect and verify received parts for defects">
  • Disassemble vehicle according to Job Sheet requirements">
  • Label and store parts">
  • Notify Estimator of broken parts and extra repairs">
  • Verify new parts for accuracy and communicate defects to Parts Manager/Production Manager">
  • Colour match and prepare vehicle for painting">
  • Build and maintain colour library">
  • Prep, prime and paint vehicle according to Job Sheet requirements">
  • Buff and denib vehicle">
  • Repair vehicle according to OEM standards and Estimate">
  • Reassemble vehicle">
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention">
  • Clean workbay and workshop areas">
  • Coach apprentices when required">
  • Maintain company tools and equipment">
  • Adhere to OH&S policy including PPE">

  • Previous experience in a similar role">
