Job Description

About this role

This permanent part-time position is based in our Breakthru unit, supporting individuals who have NDIS funding to transition into gainful employment opportunities.

  • We conduct research to explore various industries and career paths.
  • We provide individualized and group coaching to enhance interpersonal and professional skills.
  • We help navigate daily life aspects such as public transportation, time management, and financial planning.
  • We develop expertise in Microsoft Office tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • We build strategic relationships through networking and proactive outreach.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting people with disabilities and may be an organizing and administration whiz. They can adapt their communication style to build relationships and lead by example when advocating for a person's skills or abilities in job searching.
