Leading Family Law Specialist Wanted for Prestigious Firm

Signature Staff Pty Ltd, a renowned law firm, is seeking an exceptional Family Lawyer to join their team. As a leading expert in family law, you will work on a diverse range of cases, including property and children's issues, dispute resolution, divorce/separation, and financial settlements.
Key Responsibilities- Casework: Handle complex family law matters, providing expert advice and representation to clients.
- Client Communication: Conduct regular face-to-face and telephone conferences with clients, ensuring strong relationships are built.
- Document Preparation: Draft correspondence and negotiate outcomes for clients, as well as prepare legal documents such as Consent Orders, Divorce Applications, and Recovery Orders.
- Court Appearances: Represent clients in court, appearing for mentions, hearings, conferences, and trials.
- Research and Analysis: Perform thorough research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.
- File Management: Manage client files efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Counsel and collaborate with other solicitors for support and guidance.
- A highly competitive $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, plus performance bonuses and incentives.
- The opportunity to work from home, with reserved undercover parking available.
