Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor junior electricians in their daily tasks and activities.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
  • Develop and implement plans for completing projects within budget and timeframe.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a licensed electrician, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
