Job Title: Goods Transport Specialist

This role involves transporting goods to and from various locations, supporting overall operations and efficiency in line with the mission.

About the Role
  • Pick up and deliver goods as directed by management, following all safety procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage waste removal and transport bins to the designated refuse centre.
Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver furniture and goods as directed by the manager and in line with the daily schedule.
  • Identify the value and quality of donated items and apply protocols appropriately.
  • Assist on the shop floor as required, including sorting, pricing, and moving furniture and stock.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in furniture pick-up and delivery is highly regarded.
  • A current and valid driver's licence is essential.
  • A good level of physical fitness and the ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy furniture are required.
