About the Role

The Electrophysiology Specialist provides clinical/technical support in electrophysiology to assigned accounts across ANZ. The primary focus is to support new therapy introduction of Pulsed Field Ablation through recent launches, demonstrating expertise to influence superior outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance including basic trouble-shooting, diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Develop technical understanding of company products and provide training to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Physiologists, and Nurses.
  • Travelling as required to meet customer demand for services described above.
  • Attending cases face-to-face or remotely with customers, operating Boston Scientific products where appropriate, providing detailed training/advice on clinical attributes/techniques associated with electrophysiology products.
Requirements
  • A thorough understanding of Cardiac Electrophysiology.
  • Biophysics of radiofrequency and cryoablation.
  • A thorough understanding of Pulsed Field Ablation on cardiac tissue and biophysical understanding of tissue selectivity.
  • Completes all relevant training.
  • Develops knowledge of electrophysiology procedure, products, and treatment applications.
