Job Opportunity:

Lyon Legal & Conveyancing Services is looking for a Graduate Solicitor to work in our busy, exciting and growing law firm located in Inverell / Tamworth (Northern NSW).

The role may variably involve working in the following areas of law: Criminal Law; Family Law.

">

Key duties include legal research, drafting legal documents and correspondence, filing court documents, managing files, performing general administrative duties, and assisting senior solicitors as required.

">

The successful candidate will be able to manage end-to-end carriage of family law and criminal matters, work unsupervised, conduct client interviews, taking instructions from clients and briefing barristers when required.

">

Additionally, they will possess strong communication skills, tailor legal advice to individual clients, have strong negotiation skills, be client-focused and committed to success.

">

They must also be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines, maintain detailed client records and offer attractive remuneration depending on skills and experience. Opportunities for growth and career development are available.
