Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Storage Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Services Division, you will be responsible for delivering technical support for client/server environments in relation to storage and backups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining backups and restores on-prem and cloud-based systems
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on storage and backup infrastructure configuration and environment leading practices
  • Patching and upgrading storage and backup systems to ensure a secure and stable environment
  • Liaising with service providers to investigate and resolve issues and provide root cause analysis of supported systems
  • Assisting in maintaining a knowledge base of documentation such as as-builts/SOP/Wi for supported systems
  • Ensuring timely resolution of incidents against SLA

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in storage and backup in enterprise environments
  • Experience with Commvault (using on-prem and Cloud storage) and Commvault Cloud (Metallic)
  • Experience with enterprise storage including NetApp
  • Highly relevant certifications - Commvault, Veeam, NetApp
