Strategic Accommodation Oversight

About The Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight to ensure compliant, efficient and effective management of worker accommodation.

  • Ensure high-quality accommodation is provided to healthcare workers in compliance with NSW Health standards.
  • Implement and manage policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and cost-effective management of accommodation services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on accommodation usage, occupancy rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Accommodation Management

  • Plan, develop, and implement accommodation strategies to meet the needs of healthcare workers.
  • Ensure all accommodation facilities meet NSW Health standards and are maintained to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address accommodation-related issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of accommodation services.

Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to accommodation services.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are aligned with organizational goals.Provide guidance and support to staff on policy and procedure implementation.

Communication and Collaboration

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare workers, managers, and other key partners.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of accommodation services and policies.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address accommodation-related issues.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in accommodation services and develop strategies to address these opportunities.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of accommodation services and make recommendations for improvement.
