About the role

The Executive Assistant will be a critical point of contact for all parties dealing with the CEO, both internal and external.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level diary / calendar management
  • Supporting the Acting Chief Executive Officer with board/SLT duties
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required

This is an initial six-month period opportunity to support the CEO in a dynamic environment.

About you

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience providing C-Suite level support
  • An ability to build and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • A proactive approach in managing heavy calendars and coordinating meetings
  • Effective time management, discretion and confidential support
