Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tasks that promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in site clean-up and waste management.
  • Operate basic tools and equipment as required.
  • Load and unload construction supplies.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

  • A valid White Card or Red Card.
  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the construction industry.
  • Fully equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.
  • A standard 8-hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday.

Working Conditions:

  • Reliable commute or relocation to the Gold Coast QLD area prior to commencement of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Labouring experience: 1 year.
  • Construction experience: 1 year.
  • Rail experience: 1 year.

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (preferred).
  • White Card (preferred).

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred).
