Job Title: Christmas Casuals Opportunity

We're looking for fun and energetic individuals to join our team in Rose Bay and Bondi Beach locations.

Casual positions available over December and January with no evening shifts. Potential to pick up ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain high standards when preparing food & coffee
  • Serve customers efficiently
  • Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu selection to customers to ensure a positive experience & repeat business
  • Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service
  • Ensure adequate stock levels, managing orders & stock rotation
  • Manage queues & meet customer expectations, upsell to maximize profit
  • Keep areas tidy & clean
  • Work as part of a team and provide backup to other team members
  • Be an ambassador of the brand

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
  • Hard working & enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly demeanor always even under pressure
  • Great memory (remembering the names and orders of our regulars is imperative)
  • Excellent standards of personal presentation smart appearance and articulate
  • Need to be willing to learn, take instruction and work under own initiative, supporting other team members and able to multitask
  • Love coffee, bread and food
  • Keen eye for detail & cleanliness
