About the Role:
HammondCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis, covering night duty shifts. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide high-quality, relationship-focused care to our residents, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
- Advising and supporting the care delivery by the care staff
- Consultative in case management and clinical decision making
- Implement and support a resident comfort focus
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, working alone and in a team
- Flexibility to commit to a range of night shifts across 7 days
- Knowledge and experience of people living with Dementia and their needs
- Strong Admin and computer skills
