About this role

As a key member of the business, you will drive growth and oversee the Fragrance portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of product assortment management, launch sizing, forecasting and product lifecycle management
  • Analyzing market context and trends, consumer insights and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth
  • Development of campaign marketing strategy, implementation and execution management with focus on delivering excellence
  • Monitoring and analyzing brand performance metrics, sharing findings with senior leadership
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize brand marketing and category strategies
  • Accurate planning and tracking of spend, meeting financial objectives
  • Ownership of brand guidelines to maintain brand identity and ensure all actions align with our sense of purpose
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand and category growth through solid consumer, media, PR, digital strategy, retail and trade activations
About You
  • Previous experience in Product & portfolio management, ideally in the Beauty industry or similar FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strategic thinking, ability to develop long term product and marketing strategies leveraging consumer and market insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present information clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Highly motivated self-starter with can-do attitude, known for taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
