Our Treasure Hunt Team Member Role

You will be responsible for sorting donations from our charity partners and preparing them for sale in our retail stores.

  • Accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors to provide excellent service and a meaningful experience
  • Sorting donations
  • Pricing, grading and displaying product so that it is ready to sell
  • Working with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting a safe working environment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A willingness to work part-time hours, typically between 7.30am - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • A team player attitude, enjoying collaboration and helping others to meet goals
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as retail, production or warehousing
  • The ability to celebrate individuality and promote inclusivity
