Key Sales Position

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets by utilizing effective selling skills
  • Building a strong relationship between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing exceptional service, and adapting their approach depending on individuals' personalities, interests, and needs
  • Developing and confidently sharing Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
  • Assisting with product deliveries, unloading, and storing merchandise in the correct areas within the store
  • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment through merchandising and high shop floor standards; taking pride in their workspace
  • Operating the cash system, handling financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
