This role is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to clients, enabling them to remain living independently and comfortably in their own homes.
The flexibility of this casual role allows you to work variable shifts and make a difference in the lives of others. You will be based in Reservoir VIC and have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with your clients.

Qualifications: A Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services or equivalent is required. Additionally, a current National Police Certificate, Open Valid Driver Licence, and your own reliable vehicle are necessary. At least one year of experience supporting someone with complex disabilities and behaviours of concern is also required. Current First aid Certificate, Smart Phone, and internet access are advantageous. Physically capable of meeting the requirements of the role.
