Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to help build and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform the commercial insurance industry.

  • Work directly with insurance brokers, MGAs, and carriers to deploy AI-powered solutions.
  • Rapidly prototype and productionize features based on customer needs and feedback.

You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in ML, NLP, or LLM-based systems (or 3+ years in software engineering with strong interest in AI).
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or vector databases.
  • Experience working with SQL and Databases.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Deep Expertise in one or more of Postgres, React, Python.

About This Role:

This is not a research role; it's AI with outcomes. You'll help shape both the product and the customer experience as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deploy AI-powered solutions for insurance brokers, MGAs, and carriers.
  2. Develop and maintain large language models, embeddings, and structured data pipelines.
