Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and organized individual to provide administrative support to the Sime Executive Manager of HSE Operations and the HSE team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Manager of HSE Operations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and papers
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and entertainment for the HSE team
  • Coordinate and administer various administrative tasks as required
  • Organize and facilitate meetings including video conferences, record and prepare minutes when required
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working in an administrative role
  • Excellent computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proven customer experience with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey ideas clearly
