Home Support Worker

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team in Bude. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them live independently, stay connected to their community, and enjoy a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks to maintain dignity and independence
  • Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect
  • Prepare meals and support with medication
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
  • Previous care experience beneficial but not essential
  • Compassionate, reliable, and caring nature
  • Able to work every weekend
