About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who share a commitment to making a real difference in the lives of others. You'll be working within our Home Service, providing support to individuals with complex needs or those requiring additional assistance at home.

No two days will be the same in this role, as you'll work closely with our clients to develop daily skills such as housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting. You'll also assist with meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connection through socializing and outings.

In addition to supporting our clients, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and continuous learning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be patient, empathetic, and resilient. You'll also require flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers. Additionally, you'll need to have good computer skills and experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook.

A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) would be highly regarded, but not essential. Experience working with complex behaviors would also be an advantage.
