About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as an Assistant Clinical Director at Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Clinical Director and contributing to the development of our center's clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of learners and provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Support the Clinical Director with daily tasks and responsibilities, including standing in for the CD during their absence
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment packages in collaboration with the clinical team
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of center-wide clinical initiatives and policies

Requirements
  • Master's degree encompassing behavior analytic content
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
