Assistant Store Manager Role

You will form part of the management team, supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting and supporting the Store Manager across all store management aspects
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Store Administration
  • Training and coaching new team members
  • Effectively delegating and managing the team
  • Leadership and guidance to the team
  • Maintaining a clean, organized store front
  • Ensuring store environment complies with health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels
  • Providing regular assistance to customers and resolving queries

The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, a happy and friendly personality, and a desire to deliver high-quality customer service.
