
Drive Store Success as a Retail Leader

This dynamic role plays a pivotal part in collaborating with the Retail Brand Manager to drive performance across multiple concession pads. The key areas of sales, people management, visual merchandising/brand presentation, rostering and labour management and customer experience will be your focus.
As a Concession Manager, you will serve as a brand ambassador for our brands, unifying and inspiring your team to provide exceptional and personalized customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Sales and Performance: Drive sales and rankings across all brands and pads, constantly monitoring, tracking and responding
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure KPIs and sales targets are met
- Commercial awareness of customer profile, product lines and competitor activity
- Identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer
- Leadership and Team Management: Establish strong working relationships and regular communication with Myer store and floor management teams
- Collaborate with other concessions to deliver the best customer experience
- Influence Myer store, floor and operations management relationships to prioritize and respect our brands
- Operations Excellence: Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
- Maintain a safe work environment for team members and customers
- Focus on promoting wellbeing
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through on-brand teams and product knowledge
- Coach and provide feedback to your team on understanding our products and delivering customer-led services
- Manage team grooming standards to brand expectations
- Promptly resolve customer queries and complaints
- Presentation and Merchandising: Ensure all pads are presented and merchandised in line with each brand's standard
- Aware of top sellers and manage stock levels
- Complete promotional and tactical merchandising and ticketing as per directives
- Operations Planning: Build and maintain an effective store roster, ensuring compliance and balancing customer and team needs
- Act promptly on business communications and share effectively with the team
- Deliver new business initiatives positively and efficiently
- YOU: We seek experienced retail managers with passion and professional presentation, able to motivate and adapt to changing business requirements.
Experience driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs is essential. Ability to coach and provide feedback to build individual and team capability, as well as managing budgets and interpreting financial reports, is also required.
Strong leadership skills, ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and commercial focus are highly valued. Excellent service, selling and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
