About the Opportunity:As an Administrative Professional in HR and Recruitment, you will provide essential support for national operations, focusing on candidate coordination, onboarding, and general HR administration. You will also contribute to smooth HR operations as a backup to the People and Culture Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR systems and records
- Provide administrative assistance to the People and Culture Coordinator, including document preparation and scheduling
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and reporting as required
- Minimum 1 year's experience in HR or recruitment administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with managers and team members
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office Suite
- National organisation with a supportive team environment
