About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team in ensuring financial compliance, control, and continuous improvement across Mill Operations, Logistics & Distribution, Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, Working Capital, and Capital Expenditure.

  • Partner with Site Operations Leadership Team to drive strategic decision-making and financial insights.
  • Lead and manage Operations N/E analyst roles, including safety, development, engagement, and growth.
  • Analyze key cost drivers, track performance, and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including financial modelling for tenders and Capex.
  • Enhance compliance and control, particularly in inventory management and financial sustainability.
  • Contribute to month-end processes, financial forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar discipline.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • Experience in Operations Finance within Manufacturing background.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
