We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to provide high-quality care to our residents in Residential Aged Care facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Assisting Registered Nurses with documentation of vital signs, medication administration, and resident assessments
  • Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition
  • Implementing infection control and prevention measures
  • Providing palliative care, restorative care, and pain management
  • Liaising with residents' families, doctors, and allied health professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • COVID vaccinations and annual flu shot
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • 6 months minimum full-time experience working in Aged Care as a PCW in Australia
  • Current Police Check (under 12 months old) and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain
