We are looking for a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in the Western Region of Melbourne, delivering high-quality care services to clients in their own homes.

  • This is a permanent full-time position, working five days a week on a rotating roster with travel throughout Melbourne's Western suburbs.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of clinical care services, supporting clients with their health and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.

  • You will work independently with support from experienced senior clinicians, implementing and monitoring care plans for clients and their carers.
  • Developing therapeutic and caring relationships with clients and their families is an essential part of this role.
  • You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Participating in the development of a supportive environment with colleagues is also an important aspect of this position.
What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 12-18 months experience as a Registered Nurse in Community, Acute, Aged Care or Hospital settings.
  • Sound clinical knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • The ability to work as part of a dynamic team under direct and indirect supervision and within scope of practice.
  • A valid Australian drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A satisfactory Police Check (and International Police check if required).
  • Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
