Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has excellent problem-solving skills.

\Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues with Caterpillar equipment\
  • Travel to customer sites to perform repairs and maintenance\
  • Ensure accurate and timely service reports\
  • Manage parts requirements, orders, and credits\
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mechanical diagnostic techniques and OEM tooling\
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently\
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues\
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment
\Requirements
  • \
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant trade or equivalent experience\
  • Current Drivers Licence and Heavy Vehicle Licence\
  • Advanced mechanical diagnostic skills and knowledge of Caterpillar equipment\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
