We are seeking a highly skilled Asphalt Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the asphalt production plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating and controlling complex machinery and equipment used in asphalt production
  • Maintaining high-quality standards by monitoring and adjusting the production process
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborating with production teams to coordinate daily operations and optimize productivity
  • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and resolving operational issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of production and equipment maintenance activities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Asphalt Plant Operator or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of asphalt production processes and equipment
  • Familiarity with plant control systems and computerized equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in an industrial setting
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and nights if required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Tickets/experience on plant machinery such as front-end loaders/forklifts
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
