Quality Assurance Inspector Position Available

Job Summary

Kalogon, a leading provider of medical-grade products, seeks an Entry-Level Quality Inspector to ensure high-quality products.

This role is ideal for someone starting a career in quality control and product manufacturing. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing dimensional, visual, electrical, and mechanical inspections using standard documentation and procedures.

  • Performing inspection tasks according to established standards and procedures.
  • Using basic measurement tools and visual inspection to validate product quality.
  • Completing inspection checklists and utilizing the company's quality tracking system.
  • Identifying non-conforming products and assisting in isolating and documenting issues.
  • Supporting corrective and preventive action processes by providing feedback to supervisors and production teams.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn inspection standards for medical-grade products.
  • Ability to work independently and follow written instructions and SOPs.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to complete digital forms or reports.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities

The Entry-Level Quality Inspector will be responsible for:

  • Verifying product specifications and measuring dimensions.
