About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will proactively engage job seekers and places them into sustainable employment. They achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. The individual tailors their services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep fulfilling careers.
