We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a valued member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and development tailored to suit your goals.

The Graduate Nurse Transition Program (GNTP) is designed to support individuals in developing principles of clinical practice that promote lifelong learning. Through support and reflection, you will be empowered to make well-informed, evidence-based decisions throughout your career.
- You will be provided with a dedicated Learning & Development Team, 3 full days of clinical orientation, graduate-specific study days, monthly clinical workshops, and supernumerary shifts on each rotation.
- Access to scholarships for postgraduate study will also be available.
Our program consists of two rotations over 12 months, 6 months in each area. The choice of area is open to negotiation and subject to your aptitude and future learning goals.
What Makes This Role Unique?- Mandatory qualifications include being registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), a willingness and interest in learning the skills associated with clinical nursing, including critical care skills, and Australian or NZ Citizenship or the capacity to work permanently in Australia.
- Desirable qualities include demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as a member of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrated ability to utilise the Nursing Process in the provision of safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients in an acute care environment, a desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation, participation in the ongoing professional development of self and others.
