Domestic House Cleaner

Job Title: Domestic House Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:
  • A reliable domestic house cleaner is required for Adelaide's Southern Suburbs only.
  • The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
  • They must possess general house and office cleaning experience.

Requirements:

  • The individual must hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN), a valid Return to Work (RTW) certificate in Australia, and current National Police Clearance.
  • They must also have National Working with Children & Working with the Vulnerable Clearances.
  • Additionally, they are required to own equipment, chemicals, cloths, a motor vehicle, and public liability insurance with a minimum cover of $5 million.
  • At least 6-12 months of domestic house and office cleaning experience is necessary.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Both parties must agree upon and sign an individual sub-contractor agreement.
  • A 9-month non-compete clause applies if leaving RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS.
  • In case of taking clients with them, the individual will be required to pay 39 weeks' compensation to RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS.
