Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide genuine service to customers, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter.
  • Utilize superstar selling skills to contribute to the sales performance of the store.
  • Build effective customer relationships and establish yourself as the expert to talk to.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player to contribute to the store's success.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom.
  • Adhere to a safety mindset and strive to provide a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
