About the Role
- As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of bakery staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of bakery staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of store operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail bakery or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
