Job Opportunity: Learning Experience Designer

Cadmus is dedicated to breaking down learning barriers by providing educators and students with access to high-quality learning and assessment through one powerful platform.

As a key member of our learning support team, you will be responsible for designing impactful learning experiences at scale. This includes transforming written assessments and exams into engaging activities, and managing our assignment template gallery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging learning activities that meet quality standards
  • Manage the assignment template gallery, building, maintaining, and upgrading our learning assets
  • Analyse assessment and exam data to inform short-, mid-, and long-term assessment design work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Academic Research, Teaching, or equivalent field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in Education, Teaching, Academic Research, or Education-Technology at a global provider
  • Highly articulate spoken and written English communications skills
  • Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, qualitative, and quantitative research skills
