Director of Formation

 

The Director of Formation plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading and operationalizing the strategic development and delivery of formation services.

 

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Formation Committee and panel of consultants to develop and implement comprehensive formation plans, creating and delivering high-quality formation content that reflects the integrity of our Catholic Identity, and working closely with Ministry Boards to support their formation planning and leadership development.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive positive change, foster collaboration, and make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

 

What We Are Looking For:

 

A seasoned leader with 5+ years of experience in formation or mission-focused executive roles, holding tertiary qualifications in theology, religious studies, or a related field. Your understanding of Catholic faith-based organizations and governance structures, combined with expertise in developing and implementing formation programs, is essential for success in this position.
