About The Role

The finance department provides accurate and transparent financial insights that enable strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. As part of a collaborative team, this role will support the senior finance business partner in delivering financial, accounting, and administrative reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Support the senior finance business partner with monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and budget monitoring.
  • Assist with providing information to auditors.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for tenders or funding acquittals.
  • Provide analysis for business decisions.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external enquiries.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in accounting processes.
To be successful in this role, you will bring
  • A certified public accountant qualification (or working towards).
  • A current DHS NDIS worker screening clearance.
  • Experience with accounting standards/principles (desirable).
  • Experience with budgeting in large organizations (desirable).
