
Clinical Psychologist Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Provisional Psychologist to join our team of experienced clinicians. As a Provisional Psychologist, you will work closely with clients aged 0-65 who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing and observing participants' challenging behaviors and working towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviors to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
As part of our team, you will also have the opportunity to form close bonds with your clients, celebrate their achievements together, and work collaboratively with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and the ability to become registered as a Provisional Psychologist
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desirable)
- A car and license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
