Job Summary- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong understanding of our firm's vision, values, and organisational approach.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach junior staff members to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
As Senior Leadership Professional - Fordham, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end a designated client list, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships.
- Setting budgets and delivery timelines, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.
- Effectively managing fees and requirements that fall outside of scope, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional client value.
- Conveying the value of our firm and service offerings to clients and team members, promoting a positive image of our brand.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, with industry-specific qualifications such as Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant.
- Previous experience in leading and developing junior staff, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
The remuneration package for this role includes a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
