Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Leadership Professional - Fordham, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end a designated client list, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships.
  • Setting budgets and delivery timelines, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Effectively managing fees and requirements that fall outside of scope, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional client value.
  • Conveying the value of our firm and service offerings to clients and team members, promoting a positive image of our brand.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, with industry-specific qualifications such as Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant.
  • Previous experience in leading and developing junior staff, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Salary and Benefits

The remuneration package for this role includes a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
