Key responsibilities:
- Provide support with respect to the operation and maintenance of allocated portfolio sites.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
- Proactively develop and manage relationships with occupiers and clients.
- Liaison with facilities vendors and coordinate facilities works as and when required.
- Assist administration and organisation of information for analysis and presentation to senior management team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements is advantageous.
- 3-7 years proven experience working in a corporate real estate/facilities related field.
- Understanding of Facilities Management services involving provision of both reactive and routine maintenance.
