Please note, the schedule is fixed - candidates must be available for all specified days and shifts.

About the Role:

As a Culinary Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include preparing, plating, and serving meals, as well as assisting in kitchen operations (such as making salads, baking cookies, and bread).

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality service roles, ideally as a kitchen hand in an aged care or healthcare setting
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in accordance with established routines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Valid Police Clearance not older than 6 months (or ability to obtain during the interview process)
  • NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain during the interview process)
  • Proof of Flu and Covid Vaccinations (including Booster if eligible)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination and reference checks
  • Willingness to participate in a paid 1-day induction at our training facility
