About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Psychologist to take on a Team Leader role with a specialist Occupational Rehabilitation provider in Sydney. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering expert psychological services to employees facing mental health challenges.

You will apply diverse psychological techniques to aid in client recovery and prevent relapse. You will work with executive clients in a coaching and consulting capacity, assisting them throughout the wellbeing continuum from prevention to early intervention and recovery.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting psychological assessments, including Fitness For Work evaluations, and providing resilience coaching. You will also engage in workplace consulting and training, addressing complex mental health presentations, including high-risk cases.

Primarily, you will focus on corporate customers, with some exposure to compensable cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert psychological services to employees facing mental health challenges
  • Apply diverse psychological techniques to aid in client recovery and prevent relapse
  • Work with executive clients in a coaching and consulting capacity
  • Conduct psychological assessments, including Fitness For Work evaluations
  • Provide resilience coaching
  • Engage in workplace consulting and training
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Psychology
  • Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
  • Five or more years' experience as a Registered Psychologist
  • Previous experience providing workplace consulting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and build positive relationships within a corporate environment
