About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Makeup Artist to inspire and help our customers become the best version of themselves by exploring, creating emotional connections, and helping them discover amazing beauty products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • Have previous experience in makeup services, which is highly preferred.
  • Be open to expanding your knowledge of iconic brands to share with and learn from your team.
  • Participate in cross-training and attend expert training sessions to continuously learn and explore.
  • Use excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
  • Create a welcoming environment to listen and embrace customers' unique needs.
  • Have a certificate or qualification in artistry, which is highly desirable.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous make-up artistry experience.
  • Is a people person with sales experience.
  • Is knowledgeable about what's new and trending with beauty products, fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
  • Can be counted on for consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Loves to build relationships with customers and team members.
  • Is able to react to situations in-the-moment and stay aware of changing priorities.
  • Enjoys a flexible schedule that includes working weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings, if needed.
  • Is proud of their individuality and style.
  • Has certificate or diploma qualifications in makeup or skincare, which is highly desirable.
