Finance Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial decisions and delivering business results.

The successful candidate will have a strong finance background, with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for collaborating with department heads to develop and implement commercial strategies, as well as providing financial guidance on pricing, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with department heads to influence commercial decisions and drive profitability">
  • Provide financial guidance on pricing, product launches, and go-to-market strategies">
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders">
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting across different departments">
  • Deliver monthly reporting packs with variance analysis and executive commentary">
  • Build dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and investment decisions">
  • Analyse key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and NRR">
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess campaign ROI and customer acquisition efficiency">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A CA/CPA qualification or equivalent">
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles">
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models highly desirable">
  • Strong financial modeling skills">
  • Demonstrated ability with BI tools and dashboard creation">
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to SLT">
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for data-driven strategy">
