We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Workshop Administrator to join our dedicated maintenance team.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the workshop runs efficiently by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records and supporting the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and equipment maintenance
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating work for mechanics and technicians
  • Process service cards, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers for parts and service bookings
  • Monitor stock levels and order workshop supplies as needed
  • Maintain and update workshop documentation and databases
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in a workshop or similar environment is highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with inventory or workshop management software
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain confidentiality when required. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
