Your Role:

  • Lead AI strategy and product development, ensuring alignment with Optus' broader Service and Sales strategy.
  • Drive business and customer value through AI product roadmaps, in line with squad Objectives/Key Results (OKRs).
  • Deliver AI digital benefits across service and sales hubs, contributing to Optus' digital transformation.
  • Provide thought leadership, shaping seamless, innovative AI-driven experiences for Optus customers.
  • Foster collaboration across functions, promoting a digital-first approach throughout the organisation.

What You'll Need:

  • 2-3 years experience in product marketing, digital, or customer experience, ideally in telecommunications or information technology.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through the execution of digital strategies.
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Both strategy and operations experience, ensuring a well-rounded approach to product management.
  • Solid interpersonal and leadership skills, including staff development and people management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and comprehension skills.

A Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
