- Assist in preparing helpdesk reporting and statistics.

- Effective and timely implementation of systems and software.
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and review of the IT Plan and Corporate Business Plan to achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and work instructions for the maintenance and operations of IT infrastructure and related business systems.
- Assist with continuous improvement of the organization's general network security.
Requirements:
- High-level IT experience in a similar work environment.
- Specialist knowledge of LAN and WAN network configuration and design, Windows desktop environment, TCP/IP network, Microsoft Terminal Server, Exchange, and VMWare server virtualization.
- Database administration including disaster recovery planning and execution (SQL preferred).
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary Information Systems practices, policies, and procedures.
- Documentation and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- C Class Drivers Licence.
